~ When I first saw Cheryl on Oprah over a decade ago, I knew right away that there was something different about her. I rushed out right away to get her first book and made a point to meet her in person when I had the opportunity. One of the main things that I love about all of Cheryl’s books is that she engages at such a level, it’s like having a personal conversation with her!
The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz
~ I received this book from my Reiki Master when I received my Reiki Mastery, so with that alone, it holds a special place in my heart. This timeless and relevant book is great to keep you on track as the issues in your tissues are coming up while you are evolving this year (and beyond)!
Something More: Excavating Your Authentic Self by Sarah Ban Breathnach
~ Another Oprah classic that I had to run out and get as soon as I saw Sarah on her show. This is a wonderfully inspiring and practical book that you can always refer to as your life continues to grow and evolve. It was HUGE in helping me to et clear and the type of life that I wanted to create for myself (and incidentally most of it has come true)!

~ This classic resource is fantastic about helping you get clear about who you are, why you are here, and how to consciously create your relationship with yourself and others.
The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron
~ We all yearn to connect more deeply with our creative energies that support us in launching the life that we truly want. The vast amount of guidance and practical exercises in her book are fantastic and I still return to them after more than a decade.
These books were an essential key in my growth and helped shine the light on how to create my most abundant, joyous path. I also appreciated having support from my mentors to integrate what I had learned and become even more clear about who I was and where I was going.
